JACK LINK'S AND SIX FLAGS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND (EXCEPT DATA AND MESSAGE RATES MAY APPLY) IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING THE JACK LINK'S AND SIX FLAGS SWEEPSTAKES ("SWEEPSTAKES"), ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.


1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia, except Hawaii and Alaska, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Link's Snacks, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Promotion Parties") and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or "step") of each and those living in their same households (whether or not related). All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time ("CST") on April 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on December 31, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into nine (9) monthly entry periods (each a "Month"). Each Month begins at 12:00:00 a.m. CST on the first day of the month and ends on the final day of the month 11:59:59 p.m. CST.

3. TWO WAYS TO ENTERa) Text Message: Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone to text one of the following keywords "ADVENTURE" to shortcode 66937 ("Text Message"), reply/text "Y" to shortcode 66937 to opt-into the Jack Link's mobile list, and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Prize drawing for the Month in which the text message is received by Sponsor. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by Text Message. Text Message entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the mobile phone number by a mobile phone company. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. You may receive reply messages. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. All Text Message entries must be received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's designated official judging organization's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Proof of Text Message does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/address/mobile phone number each Month.

(b) Via Internet: Follow the link http://www.mozes.com/_/campaign/164409/amoe to enter and submit date of birth, and a valid email address in the online entry form. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning the email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods may void that participant's entry. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person/address/email address each Month.

4. DRAWINGS: For each Month of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) Monthly Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor for the given Month. All drawings will be conducted on behalf of Sponsor by Administrator, an independent marketing agency, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing of all eligible entries from the pool of Text Message and Internet entries received before midnight on the final day of the applicable Month. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person/mobile phone number/family/household.

5. PRIZE DETAILS: Nine (9) Prizes, One (1) Per month: One (1) prize pack, which consists of the following items: Two (2) one-day admission tickets to a Six Flags theme park and one (2) Flash Pass good for up to two guests (which must be used on the same day that the admission tickets are used at the same theme park);. One (1) case of Eight (8) 3.25-ounce packages of Jack Link's meat snack; and One (1) Jack Link's Tshirt. ARV: $185.00 per Monthly Prize. Total value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,665.00. Winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing. Difference between actual value and stated value will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, and/or internet entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized entry data access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other person's property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Text message entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and no correspondence will be entered into by Sponsor to entrant.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Monthly Prize winners should allow 4-6 weeks from the date of a given drawing for the shipment of their prize. If a potential winner participated via Text Message or Internet, he/she will be notified that he/she is a potential winner by phone call or text message or email via the mobile phone number or email address used to enter the Sweepstakes and will be required to respond to the phone call or text message or email within seventy-two (72) hours in order for the Sponsor to capture winner's name and address or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or Internet and email service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's mailing address, email adress and/or telephone number. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if winner cannot be verified, or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors) release Sponsor, Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. and its affiliates, and Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, (a) recipients (and recipient's parent or legal guardian if recipient is a minor) agree that the Sponsor, Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. and its affiliates, and Promotion Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize and (b) recipients (and recipient's parent/legal guardian if a recipient is a minor) grant (and agree to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority, the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the World Wide Web without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All taxes on the receipt or use of a prize are the responsibility of the winners, and each winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prize is permitted. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a nonsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.

10. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-ofpocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts located in Washburn County, Wisconsin.
