Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void in Hawaii, Alaska,

Prize: "Backstage at Billboard" Photo Album. One (1) persons will be selected at random as the winner of the prize. The winner will receive one (1) commemorative photo album containing pictures and autographs from the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
For every person who takes the action of "liking" SRS Labs on Facebook between May 25th and June 8th, 2011 SRS Labs will donate $1 to MusiCares. This donation is in addition to a five thousand dollar ($5,000) donation SRS Labs is making to MusiCares. The total donation to MusiCares is not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
