Promotion begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 15, 2011.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

Once you have registered you may earn points by answering trivia questions and completing daily tasks during the Promotion Period in order to win prizes, as described below.

Limit one (1) Registration per person/email address for the entire Promotion Period. Participants may not register/participate with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register/participate under multiple identities.

How to Earn Points in the Promotion: During the Promotion Period, complete trivia questions about Sponsor and its products ("Trivia") and tasks ("Task") to earn Points in the Promotion, as further described below:

Trivia: The first day the Promotion Period you will have the opportunity to answer one hundred fifty (150) Trivia questions and earn points based on how quickly you are able to answer the Trivia. On subsequent days, you will have the opportunity to answer fifteen (15) Trivia questions and earn points based on how quickly you are able to answer the Trivia. Trivia questions will be available at the Website, in order to answer you must choose the correct answer and click "submit" to submit your answer. You will receive ten (10) Points upon the submission of a correct answer within the first ten (10) seconds that you have accessed the Trivia question, five (5) Points upon the submission of a correct answer within the first twenty (20) seconds after you have accessed the Trivia question, and one (1) Point for a correct answer submitted after the first twenty (20) seconds. Incorrect answers will receive zero (0) Points. You may only answer each Trivia question one (1) time. The countdown for each question will begin when you click the "Let"s Go" button for the specific question.

Tasks: You can receive ten (10) Points for viewing videos located on the Website ("Item"). After viewing an Item, points will be awarded automatically. Points are not awarded if the user doesn't watch the entire video. You will receive ten (10) Points per Item viewed. Points will be awarded only for the first time a participant views an Item during the entire Promotion Period. Any subsequent viewing(s) of the same Item by the same individual will not be valid and no Points will be awarded.

REFER A FRIEND: You can increase the number of Points you earn per Task by referring friends to participate in the Promotion. To "refer a friend," invite a friend to register for the Promotion (a "Referral") by Facebook notifications. Referral friends must meet the eligibility criteria stated above. Points you earned by completing a Task multiplied by the number of referred friends that have fully completed the Promotion registration process, at the time you have completed the Trivia or Task, plus one. Example: 5 Points for Task x (5 friends + 1) = 30 Points for completing the Task. You must have a personal relationship with the person that you have referred. The email address entered by the friend when completing their Registration must match the email address to which the referral email was sent.

Grand Prize Winners (10): The ten (10) participants with the highest Point totals at the end of the Promotion Period will receive their choice of one of the Experience Packages and one (1) HP 16GB TouchPad ARV: $499.99 each. Participants will be able to choose their Experience Package based on the number of Points they have earned, with the participant with the highest point total choosing first, continuing to each participant with the next highest Point total. Each participant will have a choice from the Experience Packages that are remaining after the previous participant(s) have selected their Experience Package.

First Prize Winner (1): The participant with the eleventh (11th) highest Point total at the end of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) HP 16GB TouchPad ARV: $499.99 each and a $1,000 gift card to hpdirect.com.

Second Prize Winners (5): The participants with the 12th-16th highest Point totals at the end of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) HP 16GB TouchPad ARV: $499.99 each and a $500 gift card to hpdirect.com.

Third Prize Winners (10): The participants with the 17th-26th highest Point totals at the end of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) HP 16GB TouchPad ARV: $499.99 each and one (1) HP Envy 100 e-All-in-one-Printer ARV: $249.99 each.

Fourth Prize Winners (20): The participants with the 27th-46th highest Point totals at the end of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) HP 16GB TouchPad ARV: $499.99 each and a $100 gift card to hpdirect.com.

Fifth Prize Winners (54): The participants with the 47th-100th highest Point totals at the end of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) HP 16GB TouchPad ARV: $499.99 each.
