Woman arresting for filming cops in her front lawn

No. She wasn't filming an episode of cops. She had a video camera and was using it to film police during a routine traffic stop from what I can gather from the story. Should the police be allowed to arrest her? What law did she violate?

*didn't click the link...just stirring the pot instead
He warned her a few times, she is just real life trolling.
I like when she starts crying!

The officer was very nice and made a very reasonable request. She is guilty and deserves to be thrown in jail. If it goes to trial then her own tape will be evidence against her. Unfortunately, all this attention will probably result in the charges getting dropped.
The cop warned her multiple times that they didn't feel safe and to go into her house. She disobeyed a direct order from a law enforcement officer during a traffic stop and arrest.
i fully support transparency in public police work for both the police's and the public's safety. there is no expectation of privacy for anyone in a public space, including police, and the flimsy excuse that he didn't "feel safe" with her standing there is just dumb.

Yup no prob.... RESPECT the AUTHORITY....
How else would they be able to commit criminal acts on its citizens, if someone else is watching them......
Would a criminal feel safe if there was a camera pointed his/her way
*pictures blocked from work so can't tell if anyone posted something along these lines*
DID YOU BOTHER READING THE ARTICLE:
SHE WAS IN HER OWN PROPERTY and filming from her OWN property
This officer TRESSPESS into another person's property to tell him/her what they can't do from within their own property and then proceed to arrrest such person..
If you can't see how wrong that is, you should KNEEL to your police state.
You know what you call people who enter your property without reason, A CRIMINAL, just so happens this criminal was wearing a nice shiny badge to stomp on her rights
