Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on July 12, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.

Limit: one (1) registration per person and per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
For each friend you invite to enter the Sweepstakes through the method made available in the Sweepstakes entry pages, you can also obtain a "bonus" entry. Limit: ten (10) bonus entries per person and per email address per day regardless of the method of obtaining such bonus entries (see e-mail option below).
To obtain bonus entries without inviting friends, type your name, address, date of birth, daytime and evening phone numbers into an email and send to [email protected].
One (1) Grand Prize consists of the following:
(a) one (1) dinner reservation for Winner and nine (9) guests at a restaurant available on the US OpenTable service
(b) round trip limousine service from a location within the city where the chosen OpenTable restaurant is located to the chosen restaurant
(c) one (1) $3,000 gift card
Winner may elect alternative of $3,500 cash.
No alcohol is included in the prize. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, air or ground transportation to the city in which the restaurant is located, lodging, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, tips or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Major credit card may be required at check in to cover any incidental expenses. Approximate Retail Value: $3,500. Dinner must take place by September 21, 2011.OpenTable will manage prize fulfillment with the winner. The winner will provide OpenTable with five (5) choices of restaurants where they can redeem the prizing. OpenTable will make best efforts to try and accommodate one (1) of the winners' choices. All accommodations are subject to availability.
