Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to attend a concert of the Grand Prize winner's choice of a music artist included on the CD Now That's What I Call Country, Volume 4. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner's residence to the major airport nearest the location of the Show (all as determined by Prize Provider), 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), airport transfers, and two VIP tickets to the Show (seats determined by Prize Provider). (ARV $2,500)
Travel will take place by June 12, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another Grand Prize winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the Grand Prize winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Show is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without Show on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
