By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. After completing the Instant Win Game play, the entrant will receive a win/loss Instant Win Game play message. An entrant is limited to one (1) Instant Win Game play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person and per email address per day. A calendar day is defined as a 24-hour period starting at 12:00 a.m. EDT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT. Entries received in excess of the stated limitations from any person or e-mail address will be void. An entrant can potentially win an instant win prize more than one time, up to 35 times. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impact the integrity of the Promotion are void. Entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted during entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winning participants may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the claimed winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning game play or entry, or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
All entries must be complete to be eligible to play the Instant Win Game and get an automatic entry into the Sweepstakes, and be eligible to win a prize. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.
INSTANT WINNERS: There will be a total of thirty-five (35) winning moments at randomly selected moments throughout the Promotional Period (one (1) per day). The entrant who is the first to play the Instant Win Game at a randomly selected winning moment (regardless of which book they choose), as determined and verified by Sponsor, or immediately after such moment if no one plays at such moment, will receive an instant win message stating the prize potentially won and instructions on how to redeem the prize (including prize claim deadline), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Potential Daily Instant Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed to be proof of winning by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible game plays received and the timing of such game plays.
Each Instant Win Game Prize will be mailed to the Instant Win Game Prize winner by first class mail. All Instant Win Game Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible winners. Instant Win Game Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.
If a potential Instant Win Game Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept an Instant Win Game Prize, or if the Instant Win Game Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Instant Win Game Prize will be forfeited and, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, may or may not be awarded to an alternate Instant Game Prize Winner selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entrants.
SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 10, 2011 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by an independent judging agency. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a tax acknowledgement form and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. If Sponsor elects to select an alternate Grand Prize winner, a random drawing will be held from the pool of eligible entrants. The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules.
PRIZES: Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The autographs on the prize items are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel companion must be at least 18 years of age in his/her place of residence as of the date of the trip. The guest must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If the Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Marvel movie premiere, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guest may extend their stay at their own expense. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates for any travel. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets or similar items once they are in Grand Prize Winner possession or in the possession of guest. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and guest are also responsible at their own expense for all travel insurance (or any other form of insurance desired), additional federal, state and local taxes, if any, applicable fees, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize including, without limitation, all meals, taxes, ground transportation (not specifically specified herein) and gratuities. Total aggregate ARV of all Instant Win Prizes is $4,377.10. Only the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. If, for whatever reasons and condition, more valid prize claims are received for any prize level than number of prizes stated herein for that prize level, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award only the stated number of prizes for such prize level in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect prize claims received for that prize level.
The ARV of all prizes is $7,377.10.
All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. An entrant is not a winner of any prize even if the instant win game or sweepstakes should so indicated unless and until entrant's eligibility and the potential instant win game winner and/or sweepstakes winner have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored.
