Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of June 29, 2011.

Winner will choose their desired mattress set size [Twin, Full, Queen, Split Queen, King, California King] White glove delivery is included. No refund/replacement possible after delivery.
Delivery lead time is standard once we receive customer information. Delivery scheduling instruction will be provided to winner in follow up email from ShopNBC.
