I used to get Kohl's and Lowe's mixed up all the time. We didn't have either store growing up. I still to this day sometimes think Kohl's is a hardware store.

the same sitch- the idiotic double shipment of the stuff to my niece, blah blah. I FINALLY talked to my sis and she said she'd pack the stuff back for them to pick up, as they had indicated that they would on another previous 1 hour long call. Today, they claim I'm responsible for shipping it back. Um, no. You guys farked up and never properly cancelled the order as I had requested you to.I've been attempting to resolve this matter for 2 months, with no satisfaction. The CS guy gave me the run around, his supervisor gave me the run around, so I said fine. Please don't waste any more of my time. My sister can donate the extra stuff to poor kids, I dont give a shit about this $75 order anymore, however, you lost high roller vviles on your poor handling of this situation every step of the way. LMAO Glad I have missed that Wiles, and only thing I buy from kohls are the arrow shirts, I swear I have every color and style made haha they are always like 10-18 bucks wear once, leave at a house.

Wifey is mad at VS right now, they screwed up the order and were going to overnight one of the missing items... and that was on Tuesday. It still isn't here. All she's gotten out of them so far is a $15 credit, and we still have to send back the other parts of the order they screwed up so they'll send the rest of the stuff.

I had a fight with them a couple of years ago
I didn't order from them for a year til I broke down when they started making NFL stuff

I spend a ton of $ on junk
I merely ask that I be treated as a valued customer

when that does not occur I call them in my best "I'm firing you " voice, and I fire them from my life, just like when I fire an employee.
