Eligibility: The Malibu® Endless Summer Fun Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding California and the U.S. territories and possessions, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void to residents of California,
To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period (as defined below) there are two (2) ways to enter: 1.) For Individuals Who Own a Smartphone with a QR Reader Application: Scan the QR code located on the in-store display with your Smartphone; then, you will be redirected to the website where you can follow the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form. If you enter through your Smartphone and do not have a QR code reader, you may download one for free at your app store. Standard data fees may apply.
2.) Online: To enter without using a Smartphone, visit www.malibuhotsu
The Sweepstakes will begin on July 8, 2011, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and end on September 11, 2011, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per wireless phone number, regardless of method of entry, for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted by any person, wireless phone number or e-mail address in excess of the stated entry limit are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 2011 pre-owned non motorized trailer installed with a music system and delivery of the trailer to winners home. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $42,750.
