Phase II begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 5/31/11 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/11.
INSTANT WIN is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except New Jersey and Texas) and the District of Columbia. Instant Win void in New Jersey and Texas and where otherwise prohibited. California residents are only eligible to enter to win instant prizes with a value of $3 or less.
There are three (3) ways to get Entry Code during Promotion Period: from under the bottle cap, by mail, or at Heineken promotional events.
(a) Under the Cap: Look under the cap of 12-oz. bottles of Heineken® or Heineken® Light beer to get Entry Code.
(b) By Mail: To get Entry Code by mail without making a purchase, send your name, date of birth, complete street address ? including city, state, and zip code (no P.O. Boxes) ? and e-mail address to Inmar Sweepstakes, Attn: Heineken Music VIP Access Summer Entry, HUSA8300, P.O. Box 426010, Del Rio, TX 78842-6010. Please be aware that requests for Entry Codes via mail will take approximately twenty-one (21) days to fulfill after receipt of request by Heineken USA Inc.
(a) Instant Win Prizes: Instant Win prizes will be awarded daily. There are a total of 38,473 Instant Win prizes, as described below:
One hundred ninety (190) Heineken Fender® guitars. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each: $199.99.
Four thousand nine hundred fifty (4,950) Heineken mini-speakers. ARV of each: $12.
Thirty-three thousand three hundred thirty-three (33,333) Universal Music Group music downloads, three (3) songs per download. ARV of each: $2.97.
Total ARV of all Instant Win prizes: $186,249.61.
nternational Music Experiences. Two (2) prize winners will each receive an International VIP Music Experience to a music venue located outside the United States. Each prize includes economy coach airfare for winner and guest to destination from the gateway airport nearest winner's residence, five (5) nights' hotel accommodations for two (2) (one room, double occupancy), $800 spending money, and VIP Access to the music event. ARV of each: $7,650.
Domestic Music Experiences. Fourteen (14) winners will each win a VIP Music Experience at a participating music event in the United States. Each prize includes economy coach airfare for winner and guest to destination from the gateway airport nearest winner's residence, hotel accommodations for two (2) or three (3) nights (depending on the Music Experience) for two (2) (one room, double occupancy), $250 to $500 spending money (depending on the Music Experience), and two (2) tickets and VIP Access Passes to the music event. ARV of each Domestic Music Experience will vary, depending on the venue and the number of tickets received. Average ARV of each: $3,700.
Fender Experiences. Four (4) prize winners will each receive a Fender Experience, consisting of the opportunity to design his/her own guitar, which Fender will then build for each winner based on his/her specifications. ARV of each: $2,400. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $76,700.00. Total ARV of all prizes (sweepstakes and instant win): $262,949.61.
