"Sweepstakes") begins on July 11, 2011, at 12:01 am (PDT) and ends on August 31, 2011 at 11:59 pm (PDT) (the "Entry Period"). Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY:
Only permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including Washington D.C.) who, at the time of entry: (a) are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), and (b) have a valid email address and Internet access are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, and each of their respective licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, prize suppliers, printers and public relations, advertising and promotional agencies, and any and all other third parties associated with this Sweepstakes, and the respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, members, managers, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and immediate family (e.g. spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children or grandchildren) and household members of such individuals, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes or win a prize. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, grandparents, legal guardians, children, step-children, grandchildren, siblings, step-siblings, spouses or in-laws and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. "Household members" shall mean those people, whether or not related, who share the same residence at least three months in a year. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

No purchase is necessary to enter this Sweepstakes. Internet access is required. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Completed entry form must be submitted during the Entry Period in accordance with the online directions as set forth on this Sweepstakes' entry page located at www.RangoSweeps.com (sometimes referred herein as the "Sweepstakes Website"). Sponsor's designated server's clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. Entries must be received during the Entry Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an entry is "received" when the Sweepstakes Website records the entry information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or "thanks for entering" screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, Sponsor may not provide entrant with confirmation of Sweepstakes entry.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid vehicle. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $30,570. (Final MSRP of vehicle awarded based on, but not limited to, vehicle model, accessories and winner's city of residence.)

Second Prize: Each of Fifty (50) Second Prize winners will receive one (1) Nintendo New Wii™ Bundles comprised of one (1) Wii system and one (1) Mario Kart Wii. The ARV of each Second Prize is $150.00

Third Prizes: Each of Ten (10) Third Prize winners will receive one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) Snapfish Gift Certificate. The ARV of each Third Prize is $100.00
