Promotion begins on July 15, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Promotion consists of three (3) parts: A) an instant win game; B) a monthly sweepstakes; and C) a collect and win Grand Prize game.
Additionally, each entrant will receive a gift code redeemable for a one (1) month Major League Gaming® Membership (Silver level) each time he or she enters a Code during the Promotion Period Maximum free membership length of three (3) months. How to Play: You will need a code to participate in the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to obtain a Code:
a) Purchase HOT POCKETS® brand stuffed sandwiches to obtain a Code: During the Promotion Period, visit a HOT POCKETS® brand retailer and purchase a specially marked package of HOT POCKETS® brand stuffed sandwiches. Then, locate the Code inside the HOT POCKETS® brand package.
b) Free Code: To enter without making a purchase, you can obtain a Code on the EAT, PLAY, WIN tab on the HOT POCKETS® page on Facebook (www.facebook.co

The Games: Following submission of your Code, you will be prompted to play the Instant Win Game, and you will automatically be entered into the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each game works as follows:
A) INSTANT WIN GAME: Upon Code submission, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day (one (1) play per day/person/address). Results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions to verify their win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
B) MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES: Upon Code submission you will also be entered into the Monthly Sweepstakes. There are five (5) Monthly Sweepstakes and corresponding Entry Periods during the Promotion Period, as set forth in the chart below. There is only one (1) entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes per day. Each entry corresponds with the Entry Period during which you submit the Code. Non-winning entries from each Entry Period do not roll over into subsequent Entry Periods.
C) COLLECT AND WIN GAME AND GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: If you receive a non-winning message when playing the Instant Win Game, you will receive one (1) of five (5) different virtual HERBIE HOT POCKETS® collectible game pieces. Each distinct Game Piece received will be recorded in your account (that is, if you play daily you may, over course of Promotion Period, get multiples of the same Game Pieces, but only one of each type of Game Piece will be recorded into your account). If you collect all five (5) different Game Pieces, you will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Drawing, which will be held on or about January 3, 2012. You may only collect one set of the five (5) distinct Game Pieces during the Promotion Period.
Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) Code, one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, which will provide one (1) Instant Win Game play, and one (1) entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes, and, if a loser of the Instant Win Game, one (1) virtual HERBIE HOT POCKETS collectible Game Piece. Entrants may only receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
INSTANT WIN GAME: FIVE THOUSAND FIVE (5,005) PRIZES (as outlined in the chart below):
Limit: One (1) of each Instant Win Game prize per person, and up to fourteen (14) total Instant Win Game prizes per person during the Promotion Period.
MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
• One (1) First Prize: A Major League Gaming® sponsored prize package which includes a ASUS® 23" Gaming Monitor, a SONY® 46" 3D HDTV, an Xbox 360® 4GB Console, a PlayStation® 3 320GB System and PlayStation® Move Bundle, One (1) free year of MLG League Membership, an MLG Licensed goods package, and a year-supply of HOT POCKETS® brand stuffed sandwiches (awarded as one hundred eighty three (183) VIP coupons, each redeemable for a FREE (up to $3.29) 2-ct package of HOT POCKETS® brand stuffed sandwiches). First prize package contents may be subject to change, and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $ 4,010.96.
• One (1) Second Prize: A technology prize package, fulfilled as a $1,500 Apple® Gift Card. ARV: $1,500.
• One (1) Third Prize: $1,500, fulfilled as a check made out in the winner's name. A winner who is a minor in her/his state of residency will have the check made out in the name of winner's parent/legal guardian. ARV: $1,500.
• One (1) Fourth Prize: An entertainment room makeover prize package which includes a $1,000 Best Buy® gift card, a subscription to Netflix® for one (1) year (Watching Instantly & 1 DVD out at-a-time package), and a mini-fridge and microwave (details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $1,500.
• One (1) Fifth Prize: A holiday gamer shopping spree prize package fulfilled as a $1,500 Newegg.com® gift card. ARV: $1,500.

COLLECT AND WIN GRAND PRIZE: On or about January 3, 2012, Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner, from those entrants who obtained an entry into the Grand Prize drawing by collecting all five (5) Game Pieces during the Promotion Period. If all five (5) Game Pieces are not collected by a single entrant during the Promotion Period, then Administrator will randomly select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries, who collected any Game Pieces, received in the Collect and Win Game during the Promotion Period.
Collect and Win Game Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE consisting of a trip for two (2) to an as-yet undisclosed location within the continental United States to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to take part in a live drawing event for the Grand Prize of either a check, made out in Grand Prize winner's name, for $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars), or a $1,000,000 (one million dollar) annuity, paid out at $25,000.00/year for forty (40) years (or in a $485,000.00 lump sum, at Grand Prize winner's preference). Annuity is non-transferrable and additional terms may apply.
Live Drawing: On a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Grand Prize winner will visit an as-yet undisclosed location within the continental United States (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to take part in the Live Drawing for the Grand Prize of either the Check or the Annuity. Which prize the Grand Prize winner will receive will be determined by the Grand Prize winner, who will be asked to select one (1) of one thousand (1,000) sealed envelopes. Nine hundred ninety-nine (999) of the envelopes will contain a Check, while one (1) of the envelopes will contain details regarding the Annuity. The winner will receive the prize that is contained in the envelope he/she selects during the Live Drawing. ARV of $1,000,000 Annuity is $485,000 (based upon the present value of the forty (40) year Annuity). Should the Live Drawing portion of the prize be delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine an alternate method for the Grand Prize winner to draw for a chance to win the Check or Annuity. A winner who is a minor in her/his state of residency will have the Check or Annuity made out in the name of winner's parent/legal guardian.
Grand Prize trip includes round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport closest to winner's home to the to a major airport near the Live Drawing host city, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and the chance to participate in a live drawing event at an as-yet undisclosed location within the continental United States (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the chance to win one of two (1 of 2) prizes, either a check for $10,000.00, or an annuity for $1,000,000.00, paid at $25,000.00/year over 40 years).
