Sweepstakes begins on July 26, 2011 at 12:01 am Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on September 26, 2011 at 5:59 pm PT.
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC (i.e. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Territories), who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and not a minor in his/her state of residence.

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: Free passage for two on a National Geographic Adventure to Australia departing in 2012 plus two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) between the major airport nearest winner's hometown and Australia. Trip includes accommodations, meals, and activities as noted on the trip itinerary at http://www.nationalgeo
Prize Winner and guest must be able to travel on specified dates. Winners not able to travel on those dates will forfeit prize package and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have a valid passport and Winner must have at least one (1) major credit card in good standing.
