Promotion begins on July 29, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 5, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are licensed drivers and at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes consists of five (5) weekly entry periods and a grand prize entry period as outlined in the chart below. The Instant Win Game runs the entire length of the Promotion Period.

How to Enter:
a. Online (Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game): During the Promotion Period, visit www.gottagettas
b. Text Message (Sweepstakes Only): During the Promotion Period, using a two-way text-messaging capable device, text USPA to 38228. Text STOP to 38228 to opt-out. Text HELP to 38228 for information. Send questions to [email protected]. After you have sent a text message to enter, you will receive one (1) text message back requesting your email address. Once you text message back your email address, this text message constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry into each, the applicable Weekly Entry Period and the Grand Prize Entry Period drawings.
Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) entry/play per day regardless of method of entry during the Promotion Period (subject to the Tell A Friend Program below which allows for certain additional entries). Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or text-messaging capable device.
Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Promotion, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to three (3) friends who must be eligible to enter the Promotion. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Promotion. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to three (3) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of three (3) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2012 Kia Soul Base 1.6L. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $16,000.
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES (One (1) per Weekly Entry Period): An iPod® Nano (with iWatch). ARV: $190.
Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes prize per person.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
FOUR (4) SECOND PRIZES: A $100 Stage Stores gift card. ARV: $100.
EIGHTEEN (18) THIRD PRIZES: A $50 Stage Stores gift card. ARV: $50.
FORTY (40) FOURTH PRIZES: A $50 Visa gift card which can be used for gas. ARV: $50.
