Timing: The "Henkel Helps Get Kids Fit" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 28, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2011 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of July 28, 2011. Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor and American Sweepstakes & PromotionCompany ("Administrator"), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers,advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties") and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, or restricted by law.
