Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM PT on July 15, 2011 and ends at 12:00 PM PT on August 15, 2011.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America or Canada (except Quebec) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Sade Vegas Flyaway. Flyaway includes:
• round-trip economy airfare for two (2) from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the U.S. to Las Vegas, CA departing on September 2, 2011 and returning on September 4, 2011
• one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights/three (3) days
• two (2) reserved tickets to the Sade concert at MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV scheduled to take place on September 3, 2011
• one (1) Cash Gift Card in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($300.00)
• and one (1) House of Blues Las Vegas Restaurant certificate in the amount of Seventy Five Dollars and No Cents ($75.00). Certificate redeemable only during operating hours between 8:00 AM PT until 11:59 PM PT on September 3, 2011 at HOB Las Vegas located at 3950 Las Vegas Boulevard South Las Vegas, NV 89119-1005. Does not include gratuity.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and No Cents ($2,225.00). Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Administrator reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles from trip destination. Ground transportation is NOT being provided and is the sole responsibility of winner. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all meals, gratuities, spending money, and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Winner is responsible to get to the departure city. All travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Once a reservation is made, no changes are permitted. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian and at least twenty-one years of age. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. /Canada driver's license and passport) required for travel to Las Vegas, NV. All entrants understand that travel, whether in civilized or remote areas and whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, on land and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature or other agencies, known or unknown. Winner understands that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.
