Eligibility: PLACEkids Model Search (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purpose of entering this Promotion. Employees of The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc., ePrize, LLC,and any of their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Timing: The Promotion begins on August 9, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below. Phase Start Date (at 12:00 a.m. ET) End Date (at 11:59 p.m. ET) Submission/Voting August 9, 2011 September 14, 2011 Voting August 9, 2011 September 21, 2011 Judging September 22, 2011 September 30, 2011 Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
To Enter: During the Submission/Voting Phase or Voting Phase, visit http://childrensplace.
Contest: During the Submission/Voting Phase, you may proceed to the Contest entry page where you will be provided directions on how to upload at least one (1) photo that displays your child in any of the following five (5) categories, (each a "Category"): (a) Newborn (boys and girls, 0-12 months), (b) Baby Boy (1-4 years), (c) Baby Girl (1-4 years), (d) Boy (5-12 years), or (e) Girl (5-12 years). The children featured in each Category's photos must be within that Category's age range as of November 1, 2011. THE ENTRANT MUST BE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD FEATURED IN THE PHOTO. Instant Win Game:
During the Submission/Voting or the Voting Phase, persons who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 1, can register to vote for the Submission they believe is best. After submitting your first vote, you will automatically receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. You may vote up to five (5) times per day during the submission/Voting Phase or the Voting Phase, but you will only receive an Instant Win Game play for your first vote for that day.
Limit: Each entrant may upload up to five (5) Submissions during the Submission/Voting

Contest: FIVE (5) CONTEST GRAND PRIZES (One (1) per Category): A trip for three (3) to a photo shoot. Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for three (3) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city to be determined by Sponsor; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); a $300 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; the opportunity for child depicted in winning Submission to participate in a photo shoot; and a $500 The Children's Place gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.
Instant Win Game: FORTY-FOUR (44) FIRST PRIZES: A $50 The Children's Place gift card. ARV: $50. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
