Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on August 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 19, 2011.
Open to legal residents in United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, have a current mobile phone and account in good standing, and an email address
Entry - www.tivo.com/sweeps
Only one Entry per natural person allowed during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of number of mobile phone account.
PRIZES. A total of two (2) prizes will be awarded: Payment of Selected Entrant's mobile phone bill (up to $150 a month, plus 25% tax for one year). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Prize is $2,250. Total retail value of all prizes $4,500. Limit one (1) prize per person and household.
Prize may be awarded in the form of a check in winner's name or in the form of a check card, such as a Visa check card. Prize value based upon average phone bill. Any difference between the winner's actual phone bill and the actual retail value of the prize will not be awarded.
