TO ENTER: Look for and purchase specially marked 16 oz. tubs of Marzetti Old Fashioned
Caramel Dip, or to obtain a free game piece while supplies last, print your name, address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number on a 3"x 5" card, and mail it with a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) to: Lucky Pick IWG, Dept. 18446-B, P.O. Box 3003, Rogers, MN 55374-3003. Limit one (1) game piece request per outer postmarked envelope

Game begins August 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends November 30, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"), or when all game piece supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first

TO PLAY: Open product carefully and look on the underside of the lid. Your lid is a "winning
game piece" if it has a message stating, "You've won" and indicates your prize. You are an
instant winner, pending your winning game piece and eligibility verification. Each winning
game piece will have a unique game code and instructions on how to claim your prize

PRIZES/ODDS: SIX (6) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $1,000 Amazon.com Gift Card, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $1,000; odds of winning: 1:300,000.

PRIZE CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a winning prize claim, potential instant winners must go online to www.marzetti.com/luckypick and complete the official prize claim form, which requires the unique game code found on your winning game piece and your name, mailing address, e-mail address, date of birth and daytime phone number. Once completed, hit the "Submit" button and then print the completed prize claim confirmation form for your records.
