Sweepstakes begins 8:00:00 PM ET on 8/28/11 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/30/12.
Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry.

Follow the on-screen instructions to register, input your statement indicating what you could do with the 12-hour hold of Fixodent or if you are an existing Fixodent user, indicating what you can do with the 12-hour hold of Fixodent and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. A Statement is required; however, Statements will not be judged.
A person can use only one email address to register/enter. Limit one Sweepstakes entry per email address throughout the duration of the promotion.
Entries received during each Monthly Entry Period will be eligible for the drawing for that Monthly Entry Period and all subsequent Monthly Entry Period drawing(s). At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. Random drawings to determine the First Prize winner for each Monthly Entry Period will be conducted from among all eligible entries received for that Monthly Entry Period drawing; the drawings will be conducted approximately 5 business days following each Monthly Entry Period. The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about 7/9/12 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a $5,000 check.
Ten (10) First Prizes (one per Monthly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a $500 check. Limit one First Prize per person or household.
