Amp Energy "Walk in Urijah's Shoes" Sweepstakes ~ 10/28/11

Sweepstakes starts September 1, 2011, at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends October 28, 2011, at 11:59 a.m. EST.

Only open to legal residents of the U.S. residing in one of the fifty United States or District of Columbia throughout the sweepstakes period and who are 18 yers of age or older (19 in AL or NE) at the time of entry.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ENTER:
(1) To enter the Sweepstakes via text message, use your mobile phone to text "URIJAH" to AMPUP (26787)

(2) To enter the Sweepstakes online, log on to www.walkinurijahsshoes.com during the Sweepstakes Period, and follow the instructions provided to submit an entry.

TO ENTER THIS PROMOTION VIA THE WEB SITE, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE PEPSI WEB SITE (https://pepsi.com). If you are already registered with Pepsi, you will be prompted to update your profile if information is missing from your profile which is required for the Promotion. You must have a complete mailing address and phone number in your profile. If you are not already registered with Pepsi, click the "Join Pepsi" button and follow the instructions to complete your profile information and return to the Web Site to enter. Once back on the Web Site, follow the instructions to enter the code, click the "Submit" button and you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for a chance to win a Prize as described below.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household/wireless account/mobile phone number per day regardless of the method of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend Urijah Faber's next fight currently schedule for November 19, 2011, In the event winner is unable to attend the November 19th fight, then the trip prize will consist of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Urijah Faber's first fight in 2012. The Grand Prize trip will include:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from an airport near winner's home within the 50 United States to the Fight (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor)
• one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights
• two (2) tickets to the Fight
• $500 spending money

Estimated retail value ("ERV") up to $5,000 depending upon winner's point of travel origin. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. All travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights, Fight), beyond its control. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel within the United States and Canada (e.g., a valid passport). Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. All minor guests (under age of 18) on trip must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner.

Sixteen (16) Weekly Prizes will be awarded [(2) per week], each prize will consist of a "Walk-out" Prize Pack containing one (1) FORM Athletics T-shirt, one (1) FORM Athletics Hoodie Sweatshirt, one (1) pair of FORM Athletics Fight Shorts, and one (1) voucher good for one (1) pair of KSwiss AMP Energy Tubes, redeemable via mail. (T-shirt, Hoodie Sweatshirt and Fight Shorts available in sizes L and XL only; size included in Prize Pack will be at sole discretion of Sponsor). ERV: $130.

Two (2) Weekly Prize winners will be selected each week for 8 weeks in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for that week's drawing (see drawing schedule below). Non-winning entries for each weekly drawing will not be rolled over to the following week's drawing. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all non-winning eligible entries received for all weekly drawings in the Grand Prize drawing scheduled to take place on or about October 31, 2011. To be eligible for any given drawing, entries must be received by the "received by" date listed below for that drawing.
