Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): A total of one(1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize ("Grand Prize") is available to be won in this Promotion. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") and his or her guest ("Guest"), subject to the restrictions set forth below, will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Miami, Florida leaving on February 22, 2012 and returning on February 26, 2012 (the "Grand Prize Trip") to attend the 2012 South Beach Wine and Food Festival® (the "Festival"). Note that the Festival is not a sponsor, prize sponsor and is not in anyway associated with this Promotion in any manner.
