Cost Plus World Market Gourmet Getaway Sweepstakes ~ 9/30/11

Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/3/11 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/11.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
1. Online: visit www.worldmarketsweepstakes.com and follow the provided instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/11 to be eligible.

2. Mail-In: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Gourmet Getaway Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 807, Culver City, CA 90232-0807. Entries must be postmarked by 9/30/11 and received by 10/6/11 to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person per valid email address per day, regardless of method of entry (with the exception of the bonus entries described below).

To receive up to five (5) bonus entries each day: once you have entered online, you can follow the directions to provide the unique and valid email addresses of up to five (5) friends. You will receive one (1) additional entry for each unique email address that you refer up to a total of five (5) bonus entries per day. You may not refer a friend more than once. To receive five (5) bonus entries each day without referring friends: on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your full name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Gourmet Getaway Sweepstakes Bonus Entries, P.O. Box 807, Culver City, CA 90232-0807. One (1) bonus mail-in entry request shall be equal to five (5) bonus entries. Bonus entries must be postmarked by 9/30/11 and received by 10/611 to be eligible. All bonus entry mailings must be sent separately. Limit five (5) bonus entries per person and per e-mail address per day, regardless of bonus entry method.

Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to cooking school for four (4) nights at The Fabrizio Estate Tuscany, Cooking in the Heart of Montespertoli and three (3) nights in Positano at The Positano Secret Garden, Cooking on the Amalfi Coast. Trip consists of:
• roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Italy
• eight (8) days and seven (7) nights villa-style Bed & Breakfast accommodations with breakfast daily (one (1) room, double occupancy)
• two (2) hands-on cooking classes with lunch or dinner following (to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion)
• a full course Chef's Tasting Menu for two (2) nights
• excursions to Amalfi and Ravello, Olive Oil Tasting, Limoncello Tasting, Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting
• round trip transfers from Naples Train or Airport
• two (2) train tickets from Naples to Florence
• a $1,000 World Market Gift Card for winner only
• a one-year subscription to Tastes of Italia Magazine for winner only

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $13,322.95. Travel must be completed by October 15, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents, including passports and/or visas, as applicable. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Trip is subject to availability and confirmation at time of booking.

First Prize (1): A $500 World Market Gift Card and a one-year subscription to Tastes of Italia Magazine.

Second Prize (1): A $200 World Market Gift Card and a one-year subscription to Tastes of Italia Magazine.

Gift Cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Cost Plus World Market. No substitution, assignment, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $14,118.85. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit one (1) prize per household.
