NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY. VALID ONLY IN THE U.S. AND D.C. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: The Kingsford® Game Day Grill Check Sweepstakes Promotion will consist of separate weekly random drawings (each, a "Weekly Sweepstakes" or "Sweepstakes") which (with the exception of the first week which will run for a shortened duration) will run every week from 12:00 a.m. on Monday through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday (the, "Weekly Sweepstakes Period"), as outlined in Section 3 below, starting on 9/1/2011 and continuing through 12/4/2011 (the, "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (respectively, the "Entrant" or "Entrants") and who have an online account through the Sweepstakes website. Creation of an online account is FREE. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Employees of The Kingsford Products Company ("Sponsor"), Tribal DDB Worldwide, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, and/or any other entity or person involved with the production, design, execution, administration or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sponsor and/or its Agents"), as well as the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether are not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes any week during the Promotion Period, first visit www.grilling.co
Step 1: Register for a new Grilling.com online account (or access your existing account) by providing your email address, password and other required information, then;
Step 2: Check in for a chance to win by inputting a zip code or nearest cross street and city to tell us (i) Where are you grilling on game day? and (ii) What's on the grill by clicking on one of the available food icons (e.g., steak, chicken, fish, hot dogs, burgers, etc); and then just (iii) click the "CHECK IN" button.
Once you complete the requested steps to Check in any week during the Promotion Period you will be automatically entered one (1) time into that week's Weekly Sweepstakes random prize drawing (hereinafter, the "Entry" or "Entries").
All Entries must be in the English language with information that is responsive to the type of data being requested. Entries must be in keeping and compliance with the Sponsor's image and online Terms of Use (incorporated herein by reference) and must not be offensive or inappropriate, or defame, invade or infringe upon the publicity, privacy, personal or property rights of any person, living or deceased, or any other third party, as determined by the Sponsor and/or its Agents in their sole discretion.
Limits on Entries: each person may Check in only once per Weekly Sweepstakes Period, and each person is only eligible to win one (1) prize during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Check ins or Entries completed, or Weekly Sweepstakes entered. Proof of submission of an Entry is not proof of delivery or receipt of such Entry by Sponsor and/or its Agents. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or otherwise intended to subvert or circumvent the Entry process are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry or the identity of an Entrant, Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder and natural person assigned by an Internet access provider to the email address associated with the Entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. Use of a false email account will disqualify an Entry and Entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized email account holder.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the particular week for which the drawing is held. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Potential weekly winner(s) will be notified by email or mail using the information provided at the time of online account creation and Entry, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within a time period specified by Sponsor and/or its Agents in order to claim a prize. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted, is contacted and fails to claim the prize or respond as directed within seven (7) days of attempted notification, does not timely return all required documentation, refuses the prize, is ineligible to accept the prize, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's and/or its Agents' discretion, awarded to an alternate winner for the Weekly Sweepstakes at issue.
