Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for four to Miami, Florida to attend the movie premiere of Puss In Boots on October 16, 2011. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for four people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest Miami, FL, 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/quad occupancy), red carpet access for four people at the Premiere, four tickets to the Premiere (seats determined by Prize Provider), a meet and greet with one or more stars of Puss In Boots, and roundtrip ground transportation to/from the airport in Miami and to/from the Premiere (ARV: $3,700)
Travel will take place October 15th – 17th, 2011 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Winner and guests are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Premiere and/or Visit is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without Premiere and/or Visit on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If the winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
Individuals who have won a prize from the Premiere Radio Networks, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, or American Top 40 within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
