Click on the Sweepstakes tab to access five (5) short NBC produced vignettes, each highlighting one (1) of NBC's new fall series (each a "Vignette"). The five (5) Vignette options are: (1) "Whitney", (2) "The Playboy Club", (3) "Prime Suspect", (4) "Up All Night" and (5) "Free Agents". After selecting and watching one (1) Vignette, follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, email address and date of birth ("Online Entry").

DAILY PRIZE: There will be four hundred and fifty (450) daily prizes awarded (each a "Daily
Prize"), one (1) Daily Prize to each Daily Winner. Each Daily Prize will consist of the following: a one-hundred dollar ($100) gift card to Bloomingdale's. Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each Daily Prize is one hundred dollars ($100). Total ERV for all Daily Prizes is forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000).

FIRST PRIZE: There will be one first prize ("First Prize") awarded to First Prize Winner. First Prize will consist of: (1) a trip for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to Los Angeles, CA ("Los Angeles Trip"); (2) an opportunity for First Prize Winner (First Prize Winner only) to visit the set of one (1) of NBC's new fall series ("Set Visit") and participate in a meet-and-greet with talent member(s) from one (1) of NBC's new fall series ("Meet and Greet") (Set Visit and Meet and Greet portion of First Prize does not include Guest); and (3) two (2) one (1)-day passes to Universal Studios Hollywood for First Prize Winner and Guest ("Theme Park Tickets") Details regarding Set Visit and Meet and Greet are subject to Sponsor's sole discretion.ERV of First Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") awarded to Grand Prize
Winner. Grand Prize will consist of the following: (1) a five thousand dollar ($5,000)
Bloomingdale's gift card for Grand Prize Winner; (2) a trip to Chicago, IL for Grand Prize
Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") ("Chicago Trip"); and (3) an opportunity for Grand Prize
Winner (Grand Prize Winner only) to make a non-speaking appearance as an extra ("Walk On Role") in an upcoming episode of the show "The Playboy Club" ("Upcoming Episode") (actual Upcoming Episode to be chosen by TCFTV in its sole discretion). Walk On Role portion of Grand Prize does not include Guest.Chicago Trip must take place between October 10, 2011 and December 1, 2011ERV of Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

ERV of all Prizes is sixty thousand dollars ($60,000).
