open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry.
After registering, there are instructions to upload and submit a photograph of the Contestant's decorated refrigerator along with a title (35 characters or less) of the photograph (the "Entry").
Each Contestant may have no more than five (5) unique Entries into the Contest.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
GRAND PRIZE: 2 GRAND PRIZE: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a $800 Gift Card which may be used for the purchase of a 42" HDTV with Sony Surround sound system and VIP Coupons for a Year's worth of Entrees for One (365 coupons with a total value of $1,500). Total ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,300, total ARV for all Grand Prizes is $4,600.
FIRST PRIZE: 3 FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will receive a $300 Gift Card and VIP Coupons for a freezer load of Snacks (25 coupons with a total value of $150). Total ARV of each First Prize is $450, total ARV for all First Prizes is $1,350.
SECOND PRIZE: 5 SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Winner will receive a $100 Gift Card and VIP Coupons for a freezer load of T.G.I. Entrees for Two (15 coupons with a total value of $150). Total ARV of each First Prize is $250, total ARV for all First Prizes is $1,250.
Approximate Total Retail Value of all prizes: USD $7,200.

JUDGING AND SELECTION OF 10 FINALISTS: Each Entry will be judged by a panel of Judges selected from the Sponsor's Management Team. The Judges will judge each Entry according to the following weighted factors: (1) Overall Presentation and Creativity – up to 30 points, (2) Originality – up to 30 points, and (3) Ability to Capture the Spirit of the Contest – up to 30 points. Each of these factors will determine the Contestant's overall "Judging Points." The Entries with the ten (10) highest Judging Points (with 90 being the most Judging Points) will be a Finalist. There will be no more than ten (10) Finalists. In the event of any ties in Judging Points, the highest number of points in criterion 3, "Ability to Capture the Spirit of the Contest" will be used to break any ties. The decisions of Sponsor and/or the Judges in all matters are final and binding.
COMMUNITY VOTING PHASE AND SELECTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE, FIRST PRIZE AND SECOND PRIZE WINNERS: During the Community Voting Phase, anyone with a Facebook® account who is or would have been an eligible Contestant pursuant to Section 4 of these Official Rules, must logon to the Page, "Like" the Page, if they do not already "Like" the Page, and register to vote by going to the promotion tab and entering his/her e-mail address (a "Community Voter"). The Community Voter will then see a gallery of the Finalists. Each Community Voter is limited to one (1) vote per day for each one of the Finalists during the Community Voting Phase. For example, if a Community Voter wanted to vote for 2 different Finalists, he/she could cast a vote for each of these Finalists each day during the Community Voting Phase. A day begins at 12:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject all votes from anyone found to be or suspected of voting more than once per day, in Sponsor's sole discretion. The Entry with the most votes will receive 10 points, the entry with the second most votes will receive 9 points, and so on (the "Community Voting Points"). The Community Voting Points plus the Judging Points will equal the Finalist's "Total Points." The two (2) Finalists with most Total Points will win a Grand Prize; the next three (3) Finalists with the most Total Points will receive win a First Prize and the remaining Finalists will win a Second Prize. In the event of any ties in the Total Points, the highest score in "Ability to Capture the Spirit of the Contest", which is determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be used to break any ties.
