Sweepstakes begins on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on Friday, December 15, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Limit: One entry per person per day during the Promotion Period excluding BONUS entries. Bonus entry: Earn one automatic bonus entry for each eligible Facebook friend you invite, using the "invite friends" button in the Sweepstakes Facebook application, who enters the Sweepstakes. Earn one additional automatic bonus entry by posting the Facebook status update to your Facebook wall.
Weekly Prizes: Depending on the number of entrants each week as outlined below, the following weekly prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes:
When there are 1,000 or more entries during a Sweepstakes week, the week's prize drawing will be for an iPad2. (Approximate retail value of this prize: $500)
When there are 500-999 entries during a Sweepstakes week, the week's prize drawing will be for one (1) year of Earthbound Farm PowerMeals (52 free coupons). (Approximate retail value of this prize: $300)
If there are 499 or fewer entries during a Sweepstakes week, no prize will be awarded.
Grand Prize:
If there are 30,000 or more entries during the Promotion Period, the Grand Prize will be an 7-day/6-night Power Trip Adventure to Costa Rica (Approximate retail value of this prize: $7,000). Prize includes all guided tours and excursions, English-speaking guides from Day 2 to Day 5, 1 hour spa treatment at Arenal Nayara, Airport-hotel transfers, land and sea transportation, Wildland Adventures travel consultation and pre-departure services, round trip international airfare from home airport to San Jose, Costa Rica, internal airfare from Quepos to San Jose, and hotel accommodations as follows: 1 night at Hotel Bougainvillea or similar (meals not included), 2 nights at Arenal Nayara Hotel & Gardens or similar (breakfast and lunch included), 1 night at Hotel Villa Blanca (breakfast and lunch included), 2 nights at Hotel El Parador or similar (breakfast included). Winner is responsible for a $26 international airport departure tax; gratuities; Manuel Antonio National Park entrance fee; drinks, alcoholic beverages, and meals other than listed above; personal expenses for extra services; change fees or other costs charged by airlines beyond the base value of the tickets including taxes; optional activities or changes in your itinerary for reasons beyond Wildland Adventures control; travel insurance, medical services or evacuation; any other items not mentioned above.
Winner and travel companion must agree by signature to Wildland Adventures terms and conditions and release of liability before trip departure. Good physical and mental health are essential for enjoyment and safety on this active, outdoor trip. You will travel in remote regions where modern medical facilities are not immediately available. Participants on this trip do not have any physical or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers. It is essential that participants with a medical condition requiring regular treatment or which may be affected by vigorous activity, heat, cold, other natural phenomenon, or particular foods, notifies trip organizers in writing in advance of travel. Specific itinerary and departure date are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be completed by December 31st, 2012. Prize winner and travel companion are responsible for securing all necessary travel documentation for entry into Costa Rica.

If there are 14,999 or fewer entries during the Promotion Period, the Grand Prize will be a MacBook Pro Power Laptop. (Approximate retail value of this prize: $3,000)
GRAND PRIZE NOTES: If the Power Trip is awarded, winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. In the event the prize winner or his or her guest engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor and/or Hotel Bougainvillea, Arenal Nayara Hotel & Gardens, Hotel Villa Blanca and Hotel El Parador representatives and in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the experience in whole or in part, with no further compensation. All gratuities, taxes, incidental expenses, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his or her guest.
