Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other United States territories) and Canadian residents (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) entry per person and per email address.
One (1) Grand Prize: 3-day/2-night Trip for two (2) to New York to attend the 2012 Fashion Week Show. Prize includes the following;
• Roundtrip (coach class) air transportation from a major airport nearest the winner's home address to New York.
• Two (2) nights (double occupancy) hotel accommodations.
• Two (2) Tickets to one Fashion Week Show to be determined. Terms and conditions of the tickets apply.
Total approximate retail value $1,500 USD ($1,484.12 CAD).
