will begin at 12 a.m. (E.S.T.) on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 and end at 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on Monday, January 16, 2012
The entrant will either be required to respond to a poll, quiz or vote (which will vary by week) to enter, allowing for a total of two (2) entries per week, per person. Complete the entry form and any other required fields and then submit your entry by clicking on the "SEND" button. Entries limited to only two (2) entries per entrant per week (one per Facebook page) per registered e-mail address. For the Sweepstakes Period, weeks are defined as Tuesday 12 am to Monday 11:59 pm.
Winner Selection. A total of eighteen (18) Second Prize winners will be selected, one winner per week in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of 11:59 p.m. each Saturday. Drawings will be held on or about each Monday of the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) First Prize winner and one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
Prizes and Odds. Eighteen (18) Second Prize Winners will each receive one of the following prizes, as determined by Sponsor: iPad (ARV $499), $100 Visa Gift Card, Kindle or Digital Camera (avg. ARV: $200). One (1) First Prize winner will receive the ultimate Big Game Party Pack, which includes a big screen TV, grocery gift card and an official football (ARV: $2500) One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Big Game in Indianapolis on February 5, 2012 (ARV will range from: $600 to $1200 depending on location). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only one (1) prize person.
