So what do you think about the new shows so far?
I like New Girl, it was a bit awkward and slow at the beginning but by the end of the show, I was hooked. There were some funny jokes and good casting. I love the Small spoiler:
Two Broke Girls, I made the mistake of watching a short clip online about a week ago and thought it looked terrible but DH set it to tape. Turns out the short clip was the least funny line in the whole show, the rest of the show was witty and downright funny.
Unforgettable, meh. I'll watch one more because DH wants to, but wasn't that fussed over it. There were a couple of really annoying points in the show. Huge spoiler:
Free Agents, really liked this one. Good cast and a really good pilot. Just hope they can keep it up without it becoming tired.
The Secret Circle. Typical trying to cash in on Twilight show, only with witches. Couldn't get through one episode.
Same thing with Ringer, had to turn it off part way through the pilot.
Some shows I'm looking forward to, haven't aired yet....
Awake (no air date at this time but the trailer is really interesting and the lead actor is one of my faves, he's British)
Grimm (trailer looks good, even though the premise sounds silly http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh3rFsv_WSE it airs 10/28, date changed)
Pan Am (Like Madmen in the air? airs 9/25)
Person of Interest (the trailer looks really good, interesting premise airs 9/21)
Prime Suspect (there's a British Show by the same name, so I guess they're doing an American version Airs 9/22)

On the new show front, there's Terra Nova where they travel back to live in the age of dinosaurs because earth is too polluted and overpopulated to support everyone. I wasn't that fussed on the premise or trailer.

Up All Night - Good, not great. Seems a bit like Raising Hope with upper-middle-class people instead of poor people. Raising Hope's better, but I'll give it a chance, because Christina Applegate and Will "GOB" Arnett are both awesome.
X Factor - Saw a bit of it. Like it, although it seems a lot noisier and busier than Idol. Glad to see Cowell and Paula back. Cowell is blunt and occasionally rude, but he does have a very good ear. And people really don't give Paula the credit she deserves. The woman had 6 US #1 hits, after all.
New Girl - Didn't get to see all of it, but the show itself seemed better than the promos made it out to be. Could be good as long as the main character guys don't all start sleeping with Jess.
2 Broke Girls- Don't think I'll bother. I really don't see the appeal of most of CBS's multi-cam comedies. I never got How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Mike and Molly, 2 1/2 Men, or the other similar sitcoms that CBS and everyone else seems to love. I find most single-cam comedies to be vastly superior. (And I'm not holding my breath for another All in the Family, Married with Children, or Seinfeld anytime soon.)
May check out Pan Am and Once Upon a Time looks good.
i likes The Secret Circle, but i like teen shows like Vampire Diaries
Ringer was weird, but i liked it.

Watched your trailer ... looks like "Jurassic park" meets "Lost" ... probably not going to have me as a customer.

The first doctor was ok but his sidekick was really good. The second doctor was the best ever, IMHO. The newest one is good (better than the first, not as good as the second) but the stories are still wonderful and well worth watching.
If you're one of the few who haven't canceled their Netflix account, they're available to watch on streaming or DVD.
