Hockey is back! After a summer of tragedy, it's time to drop the puck!
Who's the Cup favorite? Who made the best off season moves? When will Crosby return? When will Doughty sign?
And to start off the season, Mike Modano officially retired yesterday.

Yea, I feel the same way. Maybe it means I'm not a true fan, but I'm not confident in their chances anymore. They're just not playing as well as they should be. All those injuries coming when they did has thrown all the lines out of sync and messed up the chemistry that allowed them to have 23-straight home games. We were so close to having all the pieces back in place... and now losing helm... I just don't know.
St. Louis-San Jose has been great.

Hoping my beloved Pens can get the PP going tonight. Going 0-3 certainly didn't do much for them in holding the Flyers off.
Going to be nice to see the FLA-NJD series finally get underway too. And it's Friday, so I can stay up late and eat all the candy and sweets I want and watch the Kings game!

I have to get up early tomorrow so I probably won't be watching the west coast games. That's the one thing that sucks living on the east coast- games start too late.
