Age of majority, US, Canada (void Quebec), one entry per household. Ends October 31, 2011 @ 11:59pm ET
Prize: (1 winner) Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from major airport nearest winner's residence, hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) for 2-nights, spa treatments for two and Calvin Klein Underwear selections as determined by Sponsor. Hotel accommodations at Sponsor's discretion, accommodations subject to availability, blackout dates may apply. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or trip must be taken within one year from date of award. Arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered
