you may redeem Disney Movie Rewards Points for up to nineteen (19) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Sweepstakes Period, with each such additional Sweepstakes entry qualifying you for one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. For each additional entry you choose to redeem, five (5) Disney Movie Rewards points will be deducted from your account.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Lion King Experience Prize Package including a trip to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida and a trip to see The Lion King performed on Broadway in New York, New York.
a. Trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort: Trip package includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Orlando International Airport; room accommodations for five (5) nights consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or other Walt Disney World® Deluxe Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; four (4) 6-day Magic Your Way® tickets with Park Hopper® option; and a Disney Gift Card in the amount of $350.
b. Trip to New York City to see The Lion King on Broadway: Trip package includes four (4) round trip coach-class air transportation from a major airport nearest winners home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; four (4) sets of round trip ground transfers between New York, NY airport and Manhattan hotel; two (2) nights'
accommodations in a Manhattan hotel (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) in one (1) room with quad occupancy; four (4) House Seats to The Lion King (exact seats determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a backstage experience (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and one (1) gift basket of The Lion King merchandise (exact merchandise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
For Both Trip Packages: Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, each travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner's parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if the meet and greet is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,310.96 USD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destinations. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: Walt Disney Classics Collection Simba: Little King, Big Roar Artist Proof sculptures. ARV: $99 USD.
TWO HUNDRED (200) SECOND PRIZES: The Lion King Original 2002 IMAX Film Poster. ARV: $15 USD.
