begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 26, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Start Date") and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 7, 2011

Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C, or Canada who has the age of majority in his or her state or province of residence at the time of entry. Void in Quebec

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry

Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, two (2) First Prize winners and two (2) Second Prize winners, and five (5) Third Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day / 3 night trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada ("Trip") and 250,000 bonus miles added to their MileagePlus or OnePass Member account. The Trip includes: 1) Two (2) round-trip first-class airfares between a major airport closest to the winner's residence and the Las Vegas International Airport; if winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from Las Vegas, Sponsor-selected round-trip ground transportation for two (2) between winner's residence and the hotel will be provided, 2) three (3) night hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy room) for two persons to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of total Grand Prize package is $11,800.

Each First Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada and 100,000 bonus miles added to their MileagePlus or OnePass Member account. The Trip includes: 1) Two (2) round-trip economy airfares between a major airport closest to the winner's residence and the Las Vegas International Airport; if winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from Las Vegas, Sponsor-selected round-trip ground transportation for two (2) between winner's residence and the hotel will be provided, 2) three (3) night hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy room) for two persons to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV for each First Prize package is $7,100.

Each Second Prize winner will receive 100,000 bonus miles added to their MileagePlus or OnePass Member account. The ARV of each Second Prize is $3,500. Each Third Prize winner will receive 70,000 bonus miles added to their MileagePlus or OnePass Member account. The ARV of each Third Prize is $2,450.

The total prize pool is $38,150.
