Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. PST on October 3, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PST on October 28, 2011.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

Limit one (1) entry per person/per email address per day.
Two (2) Grand Prizes: a trip for two (2) to the MLS Cup 2011 game at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA on Sunday, November 20, 2011. The prize includes round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's home in the United States to Los Angeles, CA; two nights hotel accommodation (one room/double occupancy); ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles and to/from the game in Carson, CA, $150 spending money for winner only, and two (2) pre-game and game tickets. The trip must be taken November 19 - 21, 2011. If winner lives within 100 miles of Carson, CA, roundtrip limo service will be awarded in lieu of airfare, in Sponsor's sole discretion. If the winner is unable to travel on designated dates, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received provided sufficient time remains prior to prize event. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $1,910.00 each. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is based on estimated airfare as of September, 2011. Actual value may vary based on point of departure and/or airfare fluctuations and any difference between the stated approximate value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.
The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via phone/overnight mail on or about November 2, 2011, and will be required to sign, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within five (5) days of date printed on prize notification or prize may be forfeited. If winner is an eligible minor his/her parent/legal guardian must sign all required documents and accompany winner on prize travel. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Failure to provide all required information and signature(s) on the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, or return of prize notification as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of rights to be declared a prize winner and/or receive prize. Upon receipt and verification of Grand Prize winner affidavit, the winner will be notified via phone regarding the specific travel details of the prize. Telephone calls, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel/personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel destinations, routes, and hotel selection at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner's guest must also sign a Liability Release and a Publicity Release prior to ticketing of travel. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel. If the MLS Cup 2011 game is cancelled or delayed beyond the winner's scheduled stay in California, no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof, but the remainder of the prize will be awarded. Trip prize (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, refunded, or redeemed for cash and cannot be rescheduled to dates not with the trip period set forth above.
