Timing: begins on or about 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, and ends at 12:00 p.m. PT on Friday, November 4, 2011
Limit: one (1) entry per person
Eligibility: open only to legal residents (and who are physically located) in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age

Prize: Sponsor will be awarding one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes. The winner will receive one (1) trip prize (each, a "Trip Prize"). The Trip Prize will occur on Sponsor-selected dates, currently scheduled to take place between November 10, 2011, and November 12, 2011, and consist solely of: (i) one (1) roundtrip economy/coach airline ticket for winner and one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor near winner's home, to Los Angeles, California; (ii) a two (2)-night hotel stay (one standard room, double occupancy) in Los Angeles, California, at a hotel selected by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to attend the final Oprah's "Lifeclass" webcast taping on November 11, 2011, for the winner and the winner's guest; and (iv) a per diem for the Trip Prize, in an amount selected by Sponsor, for use by winner for meals and ground transportation. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") for the Trip Prize is: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
