18+ US (19+ AL, NE), one entry per person/email address per day. Ends November 30, 2011 @ 11:59am ET
Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and one guest to a destination to be communicated by Sponsor in advance of the trip (tentatively Los Angeles, California) to attend a live taping of THE X FACTOR Finale Performance show (not the "results" show), currently scheduled to occur on December 21, 2011. Exact travel dates will be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two from an airport near winner's U.S. home (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion), one double-occupancy standard hotel room for 2-nights (hotel and room class selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion), ground transportation (as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion) to/from airport/hotel/show, two tickets to THE X FACTOR Finale Performance show, and $500 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). (ARV Up to $4,500).. ARV depends upon winner's point of travel origin.
If winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California, or the location of the Finale Performance, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winners. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor at time of notification; no alternative travel dates are available. Show/travel dates are subject to change. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights, events) beyond its control. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Any minor guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or NE) on trip must be accompanied at all times by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Minor guest must be at least twelve (12) years of age or older. Winner understands and agrees (a) that admission to the events included in the Grand Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the producers and sponsors of such events, (b) to comply with such terms and conditions, and (c) that admission (of winner and/or winner's guest) to any event may be denied or revoked if winner and/or winner's guest fails or refuses to comply with such terms and conditions. In the event production of THE X FACTOR™ is cancelled or postponed, the ticket portion of the prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefore, and tickets are non transferable and cannot be sold to or used by any person(s) other than the winner and the winner's designated guest.
