Sweepstakes begins at 6:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 16, 2011.
Open only to legal residents of the Contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of sweepstakes registration and a registered member of Facebook.

Limit of one (1) entry per email address, per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) (winner and a guest) to New York City on December 9, 2011 – December 11, 2011. Prize package includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor, near the winner's home within the continental U.S. to New York City
• one (1) double occupancy standard room for three (3) days/two (2) nights
• ground transportation to and from airport and hotel
• $500 New York & Company Gift Card for a shopping spree with a New York &
Company designer
• $500 spending money, paid in the form of an AMEX Gift Card
• two (2) tickets to the "Radio City Spectacular: The Rockettes"
• two (2) tickets to the Broadway play "Wicked"
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize package is $5,055.00 USD. Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner's residence and dates of travel. Travel must be taken during December 9, 2011 – December 11, 2011 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.
Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes: Each Runner-Up Prize will consist of one (1) $50 New York & Company Gift Card.
