open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.
Creating a Bing Rewards account is free of charge. On the Bing Rewards Redemption Center page, new and existing Bing Rewards account holders may use their Bing Rewards credits earned to gain entry into an available prize tier (each a "Prize Tier") Sweepstakes drawing. For new Bing Rewards members who have not previously registered for a Bing Rewards account, upon confirmation of your Bing Rewards account registration, you will gain ten (10) entries into each Prize Tier of the Sweepstakes. The number of Bing Rewards credits needed to gain one (1) entry (or multiple entries if desired) into each Prize Tier are as follows:

Grand Prize (College Survival package) 40 Bing Rewards credits = 1 Sweepstakes entry
50 Bing Rewards credits = 10 Sweepstakes entries

50 Bing Rewards credits = 10 Sweepstakes entries
Second Prize (Xbox package) 20 Bing Rewards credits = 1 Sweepstakes entry

Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Free school text book rentals for one (1) semester from Chegg (not to exceed $250), $250 Cramster Dollars, an HP Pavilion laptop, and a $100 Starbucks gift card (terms and conditions of gift card apply). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,300.
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A $1,000 Target gift card (terms and conditions of gift card apply). ARV: $1,000.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: An Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle, with Kinect Sports Season Two and Dance Central 2. ARV: $360.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,700. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
