Prize: (1 winner) Round-trip coach airfare for two adults from a major airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA on an airline to be determined by Prize Provider (unless winner lives within 150 miles of Los Angeles, in which case ground transportation will be provided and difference in ARV not awarded; ground transportation from Los Angeles International Airport to the hotel and back; a 2-night stay for two in a standard room at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel; one Kinara Spa - Tahitian Beauty Spa Package for two at BLISS Spa in Hollywood, CA; and ground transportation to and from the hotel to BLISS Spa. (ARV $3,550)
All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and airport of origin, travel insurance, parking fees, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls and meals. Travel and lodging are subject to availability; certain restrictions, and blackout dates may apply. Trip must be completed by January 30, 2012. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary; winner and guest will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability form prior to ticketing. Winner's guest must be 18 or older unless the winner is his/her parent/legal guardian. All taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, who will receive a form 1099 reflecting the actual retail value of the Grand Prize received.
Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted
