Promotion begins on November 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes consists of twenty (20) entry periods and a first prize entry period as outlined in the chart below.
Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the sixty (60) potential Entry Period winners, one (1) potential Second Prize and two (2) potential Third Prize winners per Entry Period, from all eligible entries on or around the dates outlined in the chart above, from all eligible entries received during each applicable Entry Period. Non-winning entries from each applicable Entry Period drawing will carry over into the subsequent Entry Period drawings. Administrator will randomly select the potential First Prize winner from all eligible entries received during Promotion Period, on or around April 3, 2012. Administrator will notify each potential winner by email at that time.

The Contest: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Contest through the application on the Duo Games page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.co
Photo Submission Guidelines:
• The photo must be in .jpg format;
• The photo must not exceed 5 MB in size; and• The photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.
Video Submission Guidelines:
• The video must be in avi, mov, or wmv format;
• The video must not exceed two (2) minutes in length; and
• The video must not exceed thirty (30) MB in size.
• The video cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed commercially through any means.
Content Restrictions:
• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
• The Submission must not feature brand names or trademarks, except for Sponsor's trademark for which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purposes of creating and uploading a Submission into this Contest;
• The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
• The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the Submission is created.

Submissions generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Entrant must
have permission from all individuals that appear in the Submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If necessary, entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Submission.
Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission into the Contest during the Promotion Period
Winner Determination: Winners will be determined via the processes set forth below.
Contest: After the conclusion of the Promotion Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the potential winner from among all eligible Submissions received, based on an application of the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
• Creativity/Originality (33%);
• Quality of Submission (33%); and
• Fit to Contest Theme (34%)
In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the higher score in the Fit to Contest Theme category, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than the stated number of winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions. Potential Contest winner will be notified by email on or around April 3, 2012.
Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to Seattle, WA. Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Seattle, WA; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; the opportunity to participate in a family and/or friends photo shoot experience (details of the family and/or friends photo shoot experience will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; photos from family and/or friends photo shoot may be used for promotional purposes, including game packaging and website product pages); and a suite of three (3) Duo games (Atari Arcade, Duo Pop, and Duo Plink).

All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.
