Sweepstakes will start at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on November 11, 2011 and will end at 11:59:59 PM PST on November 20, 2011.
Entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per Facebook account during the Promotion Period.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest aged eighteen (18) years or older at time of prize award to Hollywood, CA to attend the world premeire of the film New Year's Eve, and one (1) 1-Year (12 Month) supply of popchips™ to be designated by Sponsor valued at $400. Trip includes:
• round-trip coach class air transportation between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home and Los Angeles International Airport for Grand Prize Winner and Guest
• two (2) night hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double-occupancy) at a Los Angeles-area hotel designated by Sponsor
• two (2) tickets (seating to be determined by WB at its sole discretion) the premiere of New Year's Eve on December 5, 2011
• $500 in spending cash
ARV of Grand Prize is not to exceed Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine ($2,999). Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner's residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in Los Angeles, CA not stated herein as part of the prize including, but not limited to, gasoline, tolls, and parking; meals and beverages, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, laundry services, telephone, internet, and movies), gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, amenities, and personal incidentals. In the event the Grand Prize Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's home and Los Angeles, CA. Sponsor will not reimburse Grand Prize Winner for any difference between the cost of ground transportation and the cost of air transportation. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Trip must originate no earlier than December 4, 2011 and be completed by December 7, 2011.
