Griffin Technology Get AppPowered for the Holidays Sweepstakes ~ 12/15/11

During the period beginning at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT"), November 10, 2011 and ending at 11:59 p.m. CT, December 15, 2011, Griffin Technology, Inc.will offer multiple individual sweepstakes, each with a distinct start and end date, and prize(s). Each Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 a.m. CT and end at 11:59 p.m. For purposes of these Official Rules, these Sweepstakes individually and collectively are referred to as the "Griffin Holiday Sweepstakes."

Open only to persons who are permanent, legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

During any Individual Sweepstakes Period, entrants must visit the following website: http://griffintechnology.com/apppowered and complete the online registration form.

Each participant may submit only one entry per each Griffin Holiday Sweepstakes.

The Griffin "AppPowered is Fun" Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00 a.m. CT on November 10, 2011 and end on 11:59 p.m. CT on November 17, 2011. The winner of this sweepstakes shall be selected by random drawing on November 18, 2011 and notified by email. The winner will receive the following prize package, valued at approximately $850 MSRP:
(1)1 X HELO TC $50;
(2) 1 X 64 GB iPod touch $300; and
(3) 2 X Southwest Airlines tickets in the form of Southwest travel vouchers valued at $500 total.

The Griffin "AppPowered is Colorful" Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00 a.m. CT on November 17, 2011 and end on 11:59 p.m. CT on November 24, 2011. The winner of this sweepstakes shall be selected by random drawing on November 25, 2011 and notified by email. The winner will receive the following prize package, valued at approximately $1,070 MSRP:
(1) 1 X Trace & Draw $40;
(2) 1 X ColorStudio HD Plus $30;
(3) 1 X 16 GB iPad 2 $500; and
(4) 1 X Crayola shopping spree $500.

The Griffin "AppPowered is Creative" Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00 a.m. CT on November 24, 2011 and end on 11:59 p.m. CT on December 1, 2011. The winner of this sweepstakes shall be selected by random drawing on December 2, 2011 and notified by email. The winner will receive the following prize package, valued at approximately $2,250 MSRP:
(1) 1 X AudioDock $100;
(2) 1 X GuitarConnect Pro $50;
(3) 1 X StompBox $100;
(4) 1 X 16 GB iPad 2 $500; and
(5) 1 X Gibson Guitar TBD $1,500.

The Griffin "AppPowered is Entertaining" Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00 a.m. CT on December 1, 2011 and end on 11:59 p.m. CT on December 8, 2011. The winner of this sweepstakes shall be selected by random drawing on December 9, 2011 and notified by email. The winner will receive the following prize package, valued at approximately $2,580 MSRP:
(1) 1 X Beacon $80;
(2) 1 X 16 GB iPad 2 $500; and
(3) 1 X Home entertainment system $2000.

The Griffin "AppPowered is Griffin" Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00 a.m. CT on December 8, 2011 and end on 11:59 p.m. CT on December 15, 2011. The winner of this sweepstakes shall be selected by random drawing on December 16, 2011 and notified by email. The winner will receive the following prize package, valued at approximately $4,550 MSRP:
(1) 1 X Trace & Draw $40;
(2) 1 X ColorStudio HD $30;
(3) 1 X Beacon $80;
(4) 1 X StompBox $100;
(5) 1 X HELO TC $50;
(6) 1 X 16 GB iPad 2 $500;
(7) 2 X Flight to Las Vegas from Contiguous United States $1,000 Total;
(8) 2 X Helicopter ride in Vegas $1,000 Total;
(9) 2 X Hotel in Las Vegas $250 per night x 3 nights $750;

Airline tickets are awarded in the form of Southwest travel vouchers valued at $1,000 total. Travel may have blackout or other restrictions which are governed by the issuing carrier.
