Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for to attend the tenth and final performance of the 2011 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, NV on December 10, 2011. Trip will consist of roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport near winner's residence (unless winner resides within approximately 150 miles of Las Vegas, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case ground transportation will be provided instead of air travel and winner will not receive any compensation in conjunction with such substitution); 2-nights' accommodations (double occupancy) at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, with special VIP check-in; limousine transportation between McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas) and Mirage Hotel and Casino; 2 tickets to the tenth performance of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo; 2 tickets to the "Official Tenth Night World Champions Award Show"; dinner for winner and guest (awarded as $300 dining credit); $500 Wrangler wardrobe for winner and guest (at a time of Sponsor's sole determination during trip, winner and guest to choose from Wrangler jeans and shirts available at Wrangler booth at the National Finals Rodeo Cowboy Christmas Gift Show at time determined by Sponsor). (ARV: $3,320)
Trip is subject to availability and certain other restrictions apply. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary (as set by Sponsor, in its sole discretion). Expenses and incidentals not mentioned herein are winner's sole responsibility. Government-issued documentation (if winner is a Canadian resident, this includes passport) is required for travel. Winner must take trip at dates/times of Sponsor's sole choosing so as to attend the tenth performance of the 2011 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo on December 10, 2011; if winner is unable to travel at such dates/times for any reason, prize will be forfeited without compensation and an alternate winner selected (from among all remaining eligible entries received), time permitting. For Wrangler Wardrobe, total value of Wrangler items selected by winner and guest, taken together, cannot exceed $500 (calculated based on pre-tax sale price of items). If dollar value of items selected by winner and guest is less than $500, winner (and guest) will not receive the difference in value. Selection of Wrangler Wardrobe items limited to those on items in stock and on display at Wrangler booth at National Finals Rodeo Cowboy Christmas Gift Show at time designated by Sponsor; no rain-checks will be issued. Sponsor makes no representation that any given style or size of Wrangler jeans or shirts will be available at booth at designated time. Winner and guest must follow all instructions of Sponsor relative to selection of Wrangler items and behave in an appropriate, courteous and orderly manner at all times; failure of winner and/or guest to act appropriately may result in forfeiture any right of winner to Wrangler Wardrobe prize and/or other possible sanctions (specific sanctions, if any, to be determined at Sponsor's sole discretion). Dining credit is subject to terms/conditions of use as stated thereon and cannot be used for alcohol beverages.
