There is one prize awarded to the winner of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent
on the number of eligible entries received. The eligible winning entrant will be entitled to:

Mail a postcard including participant’s name, address and daytime phone number to:

200, Minneapolis, MN 55401. One postcard entry per household. Postmark deadline: November
30, 2011.

Eligibility:

Sweepstakes participants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. or
Canada to be eligible, except for residents of the province of Quebec where this sweepstakes is
void. The Sweepstakes begins 12:01am CST November 14, 2011 and ends 11:59pm CST
November 30, 2011 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
