Sweepstakes begins November 15, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 12, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are at least 18 years old at time of entry

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD/EMAIL ADDRESS.

PRIZE/ODDS.One (1) potential winner will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received on or about December 22, 2011. The prize winner will receive an 8-day/7-night trip for two (winner and guest) to Chile. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation on LAN Airlines to Santiago, Chile from a gateway of Miami, FL, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY (winner is responsible for transportation to/from their residence and U.S. gateway city), all internal air and ground transfers within Chile, and standard hotel accommodations for two (winner and guest). Winner will also reason Adidas apparel valued at approximately $100. Below is the itinerary:
Day 01
Arrive in Santiago with transfer to Hotel NOI VITACURA (www.noivitacura.cl)
Day 02
Arrive in Casablanca with transfer to Viña Matetic La Casona Hotel
Day 03
Arrive in Valparaiso with transfer to Hotel Casa Higueras (www.hotelcasahigueras.com)

Day 05 Flight to Temuco transfer to Hotel Baobab
