QVC Ultimate Foodie Getaway Sweepstakes ~ 12/7/11 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on November 15, 2011 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on December 7, 2011

Open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and Washington D.C., who are 21 years of age or older and who have a valid e-mail account and Internet access as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes. Void outside of the 48 Contiguous United States, Washington, D.C. and where prohibited by law. Void in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

There are three ways persons can enter the Sweepstakes:

Limit of one sweepstakes entry per person per day during the Promotion Period on both the David Venable QVC Facebook page and the QVC Facebook page.

Entry via the QVC Community Page: http://community.qvc.com Anyone who wishes to enter via the QVC Community Page must have access to the QVC Community. To gain access, you must open a QVC Account. No purchase is necessary to open an account. Creating a QVC account requires providing a title (i.e., Mr., Mrs.), first name, last name, email address, physical address, and phone number. You then access the "Stories" tool on www.qvc.com and register or log in. Follow the entry guidelines listed in these Sweepstakes Rules and share which cuisine is your favorite and why. A Community Page Entry includes any story, text or any other information or data in any form that a Participant submits in any manner, directly or indirectly to Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes. Duplicate Community Page Entries will be removed. In the event, entrants exceed the stated limit, only the earliest Community Page Entry will be reviewed.

Limit of one sweepstakes entry per person during the Promotion Period on the QVC Community Page.

Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a 7-day/6-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Rome, Italy. Trip includes:
• two (2) roundtrip economy class air travel for winner and one (1) guest between the major U.S. gateway airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Rome, Italy airport (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
• six (6) nights hotel accommodations at Le Suite di Via Ottaviano Bed and Breakfast in Rome, Italy
• seven (7) day car rental at Rome, Italy airport
• one day cooking tour for two (2) in Florence (details to be provided to Grand Prize winner upon notification)
• all US airport taxes
• Grand Prize winner will also receive $1,750 cash or cash equivalent for trip (i.e. gift card, with the issuer gift card being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
• Grand Prize also includes one (1) 17" Dell™ laptop.
• Winner will receive $1,000 to be used towards any taxes associated with receiving the prize.

ARV of Grand Prize: $9,149.00. Grand Prize travel must be completed between January 15, 2012 and December 15, 2012 and winner must provide at least six (6) weeks advanced notice prior to intended date of departure. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes, and hotel incidentals.

First Prize (4 winners): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) $200 Vayama Travel Voucher to be used towards Alitalia Airlines travel during the 2012 year and one (1) 17" Dell™ laptop. ARV of each First Prize: $1,099.00.

ARV of all prizes combined: $13,545.00.

Limit of one (1) prize per person/immediate family/household, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.
