The reference to "Freedom Essentials" was made in error. I was offered the digital phone service, the 35/35 internet and the ultimate TV package for $114 as a new customer ($400 GC).

As far as I know, you don't need a code for the free DVR, it's an option when you sign up.

I'll send you a link, and when you go through, as you hit the next button to go to the 2nd page of the order a pop up window will appear, and if you have any offers available to you they will show up before proceeding to the next page.

This would be a Visa Gift Card, or the MDVR for free for either life or 18 months depending on your regional offer.

What I don't know is what offers will come up with the Double Play...

Same thing happened to me,

the current promotions vary by region, but in NJ right now, the base price for the triple play is 94.99 and the bonuses to choose from are either a $400 Visa Card, or a Free MDVR for 18 months.

I don't know why they weren't helpful... if you are out of contract your best deal will be to sign up with a new 2 year contract, then you will be eligible for the $400 GC and the lower pricing, currently 94.99 for the basic package...
